Consolidated had the opportunity to complete an interior buildout of 16,110 square feet at the Harp Gallery’s new building, providing the business with the “behind the scenes” space necessary for their operations. The building was chosen for its potential to enhance the gallery’s existing team of skilled craftsmen, enabling them to work more efficiently in restoring their antique signature furniture. The additional space helps improve the workflow of their specialized processes.
Our team transformed the interior into a highly functional environment, with dedicated areas for carpentry, sanding and prep work, paint booths, finishing, punchout, employee centers, and photo rooms. This renovation optimized the space to better meet the company’s specific needs, allowing the team to focus on what they do best: restoring beautiful antique furniture.
