PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The Views at Lake Havasu is a resort-style community for active seniors in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and features four, 4–story buildings with accommodations for independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents.
Three buildings have underground parking, and one hosts a unique partnership with Arizona State University that provides educational space for the university and opportunities for residents to interact with students and staff.
According to Wayne Powell, CEO of Civitas Senior Living, the project Owner, “Our passion is people, and our mission is to inspire active, healthy, and happy lives. We are grateful for the opportunity to grow this mission in Arizona.”
