PROJECT GOALS:
Life Church was located in a shopping center and needed an overhaul. A new addition would allow the congregation to expand its family-centered ministries. Consolidated Construction was chosen to manage construction of the project, thanks to an innovative project delivery plan.
A modified master plan was developed that made the building less linear, made greater use of site features, allowed for future retrofits, and included value engineered features throughout.
Working with the Architect, we came up with a viable design that maximized every cent in the church’s budget, while still accommodating the church’s ministry and projecting a positive, progressive, family-friendly atmosphere.
This project earned a Projects of Distinction Gold Award from Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin.
