Consolidated Construction successfully delivered a transformative addition and renovation for Eide Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bismarck, ND, overcoming the unique challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. With supply chain shortages and workforce restrictions limiting available materials and labor, our team remained adaptable and committed to completing the project at the highest standard.
The project included a two-story addition that significantly expanded the dealership’s capacity. The upper level now features a spacious meeting room designed to support staff collaboration and training, while the lower level provides an enhanced showroom and a dedicated vehicle delivery bay, improving both sales flow and customer convenience.
In addition to the expansion, the renovation revitalized the entire first and second floors of the existing dealership. The sales floor was reconfigured to improve customer engagement, and the reception area was redesigned to create a more modern and welcoming first impression. The remodel also included updated furnishings throughout the building, complete bathroom renovation, and a refreshed interior that aligns with the dealership’s professional image.
