Deadwood Ridge Apartments will bring much-needed housing to the area for workers who have been priced out of the Deadwood area. The first phase of the project will be dedicated to supplying this housing to the market as soon as possible, will follow up with phase 2 to build more market-rate housing.
Consolidated Construction, based in Rapid City, SD is the general contractor for the project.
