Werner chose Consolidated Construction to complete the design/build process, and manage all aspects of the construction of the new 64,648 square foot office building and 197,417 square foot regional distribution center.
Not only did the new facility significantly grow in size from Werner’s previous headquarters, it added infrastructure and technological advancements to help the company run more efficiently and better serve its customers.
Walking through Werner’s headquarters is like walking through a showroom. Employee offices showcase many of their lighting products. Site safety and security was paramount, and our superintendent proactively communicated with Werner leadership on milestones and look-ahead schedules. The project was completed on time, with a flawless safety record, and more than $400,000 under budget.
The project earned a Projects of Distinction Gold Award from Associated Builders and Contractors.
